Vishu Schools is a preschool and tuition centre dedicated to nurturing curiosity, kindness, and confidence in young learners. We believe early childhood is the most important window for shaping how children think, feel, and engage with the world — and our work begins with that responsibility in mind.

About the App
The Vishu Schools mobile app is the official digital companion for our school community. It keeps parents, students, teachers, and administrators connected with what's happening in school — every day, in real time.
The app is provided free of charge to enrolled families and staff. It contains no advertising and does not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing. Accounts are created by the school administration and provided to each family and staff member.
App Features
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Vishu Schools mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
Accounts are issued by Vishu Schools to enrolled students, their parents or guardians, and authorised staff. The app is not intended for use by anyone outside the school community.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for school-related purposes.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone outside your household.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its servers.
4. Content Ownership
Content you create (such as concerns or messages) remains yours; you grant Vishu Schools a limited licence to view and act on it for the purpose of operating the school. Content created by the school (announcements, syllabus, diary entries, etc.) is the property of Vishu Schools.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
Vishu Schools may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, including for misuse or on completion of a student's enrolment. We will attempt to notify you in advance where reasonable.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishu Schools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
